The Spirit is our 1 piece recurve bow available in 60" length.  This sleek compact, easy to handle bow is a favorite among recurve shooters. 

We designed the Spirit recurve bow for speed and maneuverability and it features our unique *Offset Handle Design which you will find in all Sauk Trail bows. OUR OFFSET HANDLE DESIGN
Offset Handle*We have worked long and hard to design our offset handle. This handle eliminates 2 steps in the thought process. First, being hand placement. Our design provides positive positive hand placement each time you pick up the bow. Second, a natural cant. When drawing the bow the offset creates a natural cant that you will find to be completely comfortable and as we implied, natural.

  • The Spirit Recurve bow is available in your choice of: American hardwood as well as imported exotics, such as, Shedua, Purple Heart, Bubinga, Zebrawood, Wenge and many others.
  • We offer a wide variety of Limb Core, Red Elm being our most popular.  Also available is Ash, Locust, Shedua, Purple Heart, Osage, Maple, Cherry, Bamboo, Yew (when available) and many others.
  • For those who favor colored glass, we offer the same model bows using action wood limb core and your choice of glass colors.  We suggest complimenting colored glass with action wood risers.  Many colors available.  Please inquire.
  • All bows are finished in satin.
  • The Spirit is shipped with: a flemish twist string, a Bow Stringer (which we strongly recommend use of), and a Bow Sock to protect your new Sauk Trail Archery custom recurve bow.
