Silver Rapids Lodge, is located in the heart of Minnesota's Superior National Forest at the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW). Silver Rapids is one of the most historic resorts in the Ely area with establishment in 1919. Located just 4 miles from Ely, Silver Rapids offers year round accommodations with lakeside cabins, motel suites and campground. Fireplaces, whirpools, sauna, decks, privet firepits, hiking trails, beach, banquet facility, gas, laundry, boats, pontoons, and direct BWCA access are just some of the amenities we have. We also offer a restaurant and lounge in our histoic lodge with a fireplace and satellite TV. Stay with us and enjoy some of the trophy fishing and Whitetail Deer hunting in the area. Enjoy our spectacular view from Lookout Mountain. Hike our private trails, kayak, snowmobile, cross-country ski, or just relax and enjoy the scenery.

CABINS
Clean and comfortable to fit any budget ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our cabins have fully equipped kitchens with pots/pans, dishes, coffee pots and microwaves. We provide fresh linens, blankets and pillows. You WILL need to supply your OWN PERSONAL TOWELS as they are not provided by the resort. All cabins have private firepits and decks, most have fireplaces. Cabin check-in is 3pm, check-out is 9 am. Approval is needed for late check-outs or an additional fee will be applied. Pets are wecome in select cabins, please ask for details.
MOTEL SUITES
All units are lakeside on Farm Lake with a scenic view. Choose from one or two bedroom suites. All suites have either a kitchenette or full kitchen, patio or deck; barbeque grills are also available. Deluxe suites offer a private covered deck.
CAMP SITES
Choose from tent sites to full hook ups. Our sites are shaded by beautiful large pine trees. There are great lakeside sites with private firepits and picnic tables.
Campsite check-in is 2 pm, check-out is noon.
